From your WebTV home page, select "Setup" from the sidebar.
In Setup, select "Dialing"
From this dialing options page, choose "Use Your ISP." If you do not have the "Use your ISP" option, contact WebTV Customer Care at 1-800-GO-WEBTV to activate OpenISP.
Read the information about OpenISP and select "Continue."
Continue reading, and select "Continue", again.
Continue reading, and select "Continue", one last time.
WebTV hangs up and reconnects. Read the information screen and select "Use ISP."
Internet terminal connects to the WebTV Network. A confirmation screen will summarize your choice and provide you with the option to use your Local Line account or use WebTV. Selecting to use your own ISP will cause the WebTV Internet Terminal to redial using your account with us.

Setting Up Remote Mail Services2. Read the information about Using Remote Mail, then select Continue. 3. Enter your Email Information that is provided on this Sheet you were given.
5. To check your mail, navigate back to the WebTV Home Page. Choose the Mail icon. 6. All mail delivered to your webtv.net address will automatically show up in the Mail List. To retrieve mail addressed to your carrollnet.org email address, click on Fetch. Any messages addressed to your carrollnet.org address will now show up in your mail list. |
