Open Netscape by clicking on Start, Programs, Netscape 6.2 and Mail or by clicking on the Netscape Icon on your desktop. Once it is open, click on "File" menu and select "New" and "Accounts".
	Make sure that there is a dot next to ISP then click next.
	Fill in your name where it says Your Name. You can use your given name, your family name or a nickname. Type in your email address in the space provided. Make sure it is in lower case letters with no spaces. Your email address is your login name or username plus your home domain in this format: username@localline.com .
	The incoming server is POP. The incoming server on Local Line is: mail.localline.com. If you are on Local Line 2 (Cissna Park): mail.localline2.com If you signed up for CarrollNET (Delphi or Flora Library): mail.carlnet.org .
	Put your username that you signed up with in this space.
	We advise putting your Service Providers name here unless you have multiple email accounts. In that case use the First name or an identifier to separate each one.
	Verify all information! If there are any errors use the back button to go back and correct the problems otherwise, click Finish and you are ready to go!
